About me

I can guide you out of fight or flight into a calmer, more purposeful life.

I’m Rachel, a certified coach who spent decades experiencing complex trauma (CPTSD) and OCD. I was triggered all the time, dropping into Fight, Flight, Fawn or Freeze at the most inopportune moments.  Worse still, in my forties, I developed several chronic illnesses… I felt like there was no way out.  

Once I decoded a path for trauma recovery it felt natural to share it.  So I retrained as a coach, and I’ve been helping other women like me ever since.
